A fun Birthday Card

I purchased some dies from Papersmooches Stamps recently,
and I have to admit that I am in love...

Flirting Smiley

These dies are simply wonderful.
So today I created this cute card...
..well, at least I think so anyway...

I always like to add something special to my cards, to make
them stand out.  Thus, on this card I decided to use a flower...

The puppy "pops" out of the card by using 3D foam adhesive.

I hope you like it.

Have a wonderful, creative day!  Flower for You Smiley

Lillies

I love to create cards using simple floral images.
They always seem so elegant.
Thus, I created this Anniversary card....

It is a simple image, that needed a bit of bling to make it special....
So I added some stickles and jewels to make it stand out.

Enjoy your day!

It is a new year.
And my goal in this new year, is to make more birthday cards for friends and family.
So this is a card that I created today.

I mean, what could be simpler...
and more fun!

Christmas Thanks

Life really does go by quickly.
One minute I am posting something for my son's birthday, and the next minute the year is gone and I am creating thank you cards for the gifts we received over the holidays.

Crazy I tell ya!

For Christmas I received some dies from Papersmooches.
So I had to use one to create my card.

With this card I thought it needed a bit of sparkle, so I added a bit on the scarf.

The die I used was the "thanks" die.  I thought it really made the card stand out.
In addition, I used flocking powder, to create "snow".....
It just makes the card a little bit more fun.

Hope you like it!

Beachy Thank You

I wanted to create a simple Thank you card for my son's birthday.
Because I had my watercolor crayons out...
I decided to use them in creating his card.

As you can see, the beach was my inspiration in this card.

Hope you like it!

Thanks for visiting!

Watercoloring...

There is a technique that I have not used in ages.
Wanna know what it is?
Watercoloring!
My daugher is having a birthday soon, and I wanted to create a card
and use a technique that I haven't done in years.

And this is what I created...

It is simple and elegant...
...and I like it.

Have a great day!

Floral Birthday

Flowers do not always have to be positioned on a card vertically.

I wanted to "shake up" my card design and position this stamp horizontally,
and add the sentiment within the stems.
I loved how it turned out, but
thought that the flowers needed a little bit
of sparkle...
so I added a bit of stickles on the peach flowers
to make the card just a little bit more fun.

Here is what it looks like...

Did you also notice something?  Ruminating Smiley

This is a single layer card.
Yep, and even though I did not add extra papers,
embellishments, or ribbons...
the card is pretty striking.

Have a great day...Flower for You Smiley
